Welcome to Rentoplant. By engaging our indoor plant rental and maintenance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed for our B2B partners across India.
1. Service Engagement: Rentoplant provides comprehensive indoor plant rental solutions, including selection, installation, and scheduled upkeep for corporate and institutional environments.
2. Rental Period & Payments: All plant rentals are subject to a minimum contract period as specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 15 days of receipt.
3. Maintenance & Access: Our expert biophilic technicians require scheduled access to your premises for maintenance. Rentoplant guarantees the health of all rented plants, provided maintenance access is granted as agreed.
4. Plant Replacement: We offer free replacements for any rented plant that loses its aesthetic or biological health under our managed care program, ensuring your workplace remains vibrant and green.
5. Liability & Care: While we manage all technical upkeep, clients are requested not to water, prune, or move the plants without consulting their designated biophilic lead. Damages resulting from unauthorized interference may incur additional charges.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to the completion of any initial minimum term requirements.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, reflecting our commitment to biophilic design and professional service excellence nationwide.

Terms of Service
1. SCOPE OF RENTAL
Rentoplant provides professional indoor plant rental services specifically designed for corporate offices, hospitals, and educational institutions across India. This agreement covers the provision of healthy, high-quality plants and decorative containers for the duration specified in the service contract.
2. PLANT MAINTENANCE
As part of our premium managed greenery service, our trained horticulturalists will perform scheduled maintenance, including watering, cleaning, pruning, and nutrient supplementation. Client shall provide reasonable access to premises during standard business hours for maintenance tasks.
3. FREE REPLACEMENTS
We guarantee the health of our botanical installations. Should any plant fail to meet our aesthetic standards or experience natural decline, Rentoplant will replace the item with a specimen of similar size and value at no additional cost to the client.
4. LIABILITY & CARE
While we manage all maintenance, the client agrees to avoid unauthorized watering, moving of installations, or exposure to hazardous chemical treatments that may affect plant health. Liability for damage caused by extreme negligence or theft remains with the client.
5. SERVICE TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with a written notice period as defined in the master service contract. Upon termination, Rentoplant reserves the right to remove all plants and rental equipment from the premises.
